My experience was very positive. The doctor was friendly and took the time to listen to everything I had to say before making a diagnosis and providing a prescription. He clearly suggested the next steps that needed to be done. The clinic facilities and the staff were also fine.

I was suffering from stomach issues from past 1 month. Showed my general physician and took 2-3 courses of medicines but nothing seemed to work. I was unable to digest anything. Then I happened to visit Dr Sanjoy Basu and must say his diagnosis has been accurate. He instantly detected it was IBS and gave me medicines. I had diarrhoea for more than 4 months since I arrived back in India. Although I have had a history of IBS, none of the previously used medicines worked this time. Dr Basu systematically introduced me to other medicines and finally I am back to normal after a prolonged episode of diarrhoea. I have even stopped taking medicines. What I absolutely liked about Dr Basu is his patience in hearing out everything I had to say and suggest alternatives very calmly. My interactions with him have been very satisfactory, so much so that even my mother consulted him for her digestion issues. Both of us are doing fine now and glad to have found Dr Basu for any future issues.

I felt the consultation with Dr. Sanjoy Basu was rushed and he did not review my reports or listen fully to my concerns. The visit lasted only about five minutes, and I would not recommend him.

The patient must be able to share his concern for the disease with the doctor like it happened with me. It was really pleasure discussing the My related issues with the doctor. Doctor was kind enough to have patience to listen to my problem and providing appropriate advice to this effect. Except to experience the same friendliness & cooperation in future. It’s bit early to provide the effect of treatment. Will provide the same after my next appointment roughly after a month. 🙏🙏

My Mother had severe gas issues leading to chest discomfort . she had chronic constipation also. She wasn't able to eat anything due to this. Dr Basu gave medicines and assured she will be able to eat normal and be healthy soon. Within 48 hrs, mom felt significant improvement and in 1 week she got relief from the gastro issues and also was able to eat more variety of food confidently .
