Dr. Prosenjit Choudhury

Doctor is very nice and smart. He knows what he is doing. But experience with practo care is awful. Our surgery was minor and hence wasn’t covered under cashless service. Below are the issues we faced:

1. Package rate promised was for private ward in email but in the nursing home it was a general ward with 7 bed sharing. Final amount charged was based on private ward instead of raising this point in the first 2 hours of admission.

2. No practo guy was present in nursing home to assist. Had to rely on phone calls.

If you dont have insurance or your surgery isnt covered under insurance there is no point in doing a surgery through practo, its pointless. Better to directly connect with nursing home or hospital.

Very friendly and very experienced doctor. I went with what I was thinking to be an onset of vericose vein, but after examining he assured me that it's not that and also explained very nicely how the veins in our legs work and what are prominent signs of vericose vein. He prescribed me one color Doppler test just to be fully sure.

He is really a amazing person..my mother was suffering from liver metastatis .was declared not possible for another treatment but this doctor survive from that..Now my mother is fully well..same i am also undergoing with his treatment.he is just a living God for Us.

If we are going for video conferencingand he says to visit him , then what's the need of vc , ********* ***** * ** ** ******** **** ** * i agree that physical condition can't be treated virtually but if we don't have any symptoms then at least we should expect more words than that .Another big disappointed how can someone do two things at same time doing Operation in OT and advicing me on video call ! pathetic experience.

He literally saved my life. I was suffering from a very complex fistula. He did laser surgery. The very next day I could walk. After three days I joined my office. I completely cured from the fistula.

I am happy with my experience. Practo care surgeries provided very good services and Dr.Prosenjit Choudhury is highly knowledgable and a skilled surgeon. He provided ** **** * **** treatment and care. I do not have any problems or complaints with Practo care and Dr.Chodhury.

i didn't like the behaviour of the Dr at all, i paid 500₹/- as online consultation but the Dr wasn't able to give me at least 10 minutes , he was treating me just like a free Patient / he was in hurry (during consultation he didn't use any device, **** ****** *** **** ** *** ******* *wasn't able to understand Hindi as well / was trying to put me under surgery ***** ** ****** ********* ** ** ****(very bad experience / The Dr is not recommended at all)

Extremely friendly! Listen to your problems! Gives you suggestions especially post surgery in telephonic conversation! He even listened to the patient in a video call before we visited him! During discharge he gave me his personal number and told me to call in any emergency *** ****** ** ** *** ********* ** ********

Practo care surgeries provided very good services and Dr.Prosenjit Choudhury is an excellent surgeon who managed the surgery very well and provided us with a good treatment and care. I do not have any problems or complaints with Practo care and Dr.Chodhury. I am happy with my experience
