It was really nice to talk to her. I could share all of my problems really easily and she taught me some techniques to control my panic attacks. hoping to get better before the next counselling.

It was a wonderful experience interacting with her. She makes you feel at home, from the very beginning of the counselling session. She is very,very patient so as to give you ample space to speak your heart out. Moreover, Poulami madam provides apt, real-life examples/incidents in order to bring home her points and make the client relate to her analysis and explanations more readily.

She is warm, kind and empathetic towards his/her patient from the very first session. She is a great listener, while also making sure to summarize what she is hearing and offering helpful suggestions. She is open-minded, positive and encouraging with her counseling techniques.

She is very humble, polite and friendly.. She has given enough time so that we could express our feelings heart out.. She has given us some valuable inputs for solving the problems we are going through.. In one word, she is worth recommending.
