I visited Kaya Gariahat after the dermatologist I've been consulting in a different city asked me to get a basic black head white head removal procedure done. The staff at Kaya told me the procedure was available but I would first have to consult with the in-house doctor. The doctor, with all due respect to his seniority, was more interested in explaining the pros and cons of the treatment I was already on than giving me clarity on the treatment I had come for. From being asked to spot my whiteheads to being quizzed on the side effects of the medicines I was taking, I felt like I was more at a job interview (that I was definitely failing!) than in a doctors clinic. Eventually, I did get the clean up prescribed to me, and was asked to wait for 15 mins. At the end of 15 mins, I was informed that they had encountered a technological issue and would not be able to provide the service. I ended up paying for a consult I didn't need and still have a face full of blackheads. This was definitely not what I'd call a good experience
