Mind Your Mental Health is a mental health counselling and awareness service, committed to supporting individuals with care, confidentiality, and compassion. I’m Pooja Kumari Shaw, a counselling psychologist. I have completed my master's in applied psychology and formally interned under a clinical psychologist at Bellevue Clinic. I’m currently open to taking clients under professional supervision for online counselling sessions in English & Hindi.
