I'm feeling in a good state and also recovering little bit while I'm writing this. The story of problem is quite unusual where I faced cognitive distortions, compulsive behavior and depression all which are edged with the darkside of flow state and I'm suffering since 2020 just after my experience of actual flow state(which occurred out of coping from a heartbreak incident I faced before that) ended and I fell into temporary obscurity and trying to get back into it through unhealthy ways trangressed my problem to another level where functioning properly was just a dream and I remained like a defective losse coordinated robot and my sense if self was quite diluted. Some really traumatic incident caused me to search firmly for help this time and thus I decided to visit him. With him the experience till mow have been good I feel focused and clear in that space and his oractices helped me to recover with small steps each time and getting to know about my subconscious delusions and beliefs which probed me until and this is a big step learn the lessons become aware amd discuss new remedies with him. I can see recovery and setting my baseline to normal once again.

I will highly recommend Dr. Sumedh Chatterjee for anyone seeking clarity in their lives. At the very first day I felt connected and didn't feel any unease sharing my thoughts.
