Despite of having an appointment with dr Kaushik Basu, ** **** ****** ** ***** ******* ******. The cause they mentioned that my appointment was not made. Also they stated that Appointment should be done through calling in the hospital number not in the call centre number. My father is 86 years old. His two eyes were having cataract surgery last 3 years ago with ASG Eye hospital. Since the doctor who did that surgery he was not present at that time that is the reason I opted for dr Kaushik basu.
The doctor explained everything properly and the experience was positive overall.
