Dr. Jigyasha Sinha

Dr. Jigyasha Sinha is an experienced and highly enthusiatic Pediatric Neurologist in Kolkata and was associated with the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata in the past. She is presently practicing at Woodland Hospital in Alipore, Kolkata, Narayana Hospital Mukundpur (R.N.Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences) Kolkata and Institute of Child Health, Park Circus, Kolkata. She has also established Wunderkind Pediatric Neurology center at Jamshedpur, a center dedicated to the needs of children dealing with various neurological disorders. After completing her MD Pediatrics from Mumbai, She did her post doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Neurology and Epilepsy from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai and has done an Advanced training in Pediatric Neurology from Vrije Universteit, Amsterdam, Netherlands. She had the opportunity to gain experience in White matter disorders in Children under the guidance of Prof. Marjo Van der Knaap and Dr. Nicole Wolf. She has special interest in Pediatric White matter disorders, Movement disorders and Epilepsy. She is the member of various neurological societies- Indian Academy of Neurology, International Child Neurology Association, Indian Epilepsy Society, European Pediatric Neurology Society, etc. Services provided by her are dealing with all types of Pediatric Neurological disorders and she has many successful cases added to her name. She is involved in research and academics and is always keen in finding light in the darkness.
