Disappointing follow-up after a serious cardiac consultation
I consulted Dr. Sankha Subhra Das on 6 October at the Healthcare Clinic, Bijoygarh, and paid ₹1,500 for the consultation. During the visit, he appeared concerned about my condition and prescribed ******* medications.
***** ******** *** ********** ********** * *********** ********* *** ************* I informed the doctor through WhatsApp, explained that I had skipped the following day’s medication because I was concerned about these symptoms, and specifically asked for his advice on how to proceed and whether the medicines supplied were correct as per the prescription.
I subsequently sent another message reporting my blood pressure reading and describing recurrent dizziness, breathlessness, and pain in my neck and shoulder ***** ****** *** ******* ************
Despite these messages, I did not receive a response for two days.
I understand that doctors have busy schedules and cannot always respond immediately. However, when a patient reports potentially serious symptoms after starting prescribed cardiac medication and explicitly asks for guidance, the absence of a response over two days is ****** ********** *** disappointing.
