Dr. Sankha Subhra Das

Dr.Sankha Subhra Das completed undergraduateship in the year 1995 from medical college, Calcutta. Was the first house staff to be trained in paediatric cardiology in SSKMhospital during the period 1996-1997. Entered as a postgraduate diploma trainee in chest medicine in IPGME&R, Kolkata in the year 1997. Completed his diploma in pulmonary medicine in the year 1999. Entered medical college, Calcutta in the year 2000 as a postgraduate trainee in general medicine. He completed MD in general medicine in the year 2003 from medical college, Calcutta. Joined BM Birla heart research centre in the year 2003 as a registrar in cardiology. Managed acute cardiac patients in the CCU as well as in the ward. Worked till 2004. Left for the UK in 2004 for clearing plab & mrcp. Completed mrcp (UK) in the year 2005 and came back. Joined super-speciality DNB cardiology course in the year 2007; cleared DNB cardiology exam in the year 2010 from G B Pant Hospital, New Delhi.
