I went to this clinic with my mom and dad for a complete Eye Care treatment after visiting a few other clinics and being left dissatisfied.

This was a truly immaculate experience. The staff was very hospitable, skilled, energetic and understanding. The clinic was well-organized and clean. The initial assessment, payment procedure, and everything else was absolutely immaculate, methodical and clear.

To finally top it off, Dr. Swati was incredibly detailed and took all necessary steps to investigate my Dad's eye's complex issues. She was hospitable, friendly *** **** **************

I visited i-CARE clinic with my Mom to get her eye checked as she is a diabetic and recently kept complaining of heaviness in her upper eyelids accompanied with a few episodes of blurry vision. The entire experience at the clinic was wonderful to say the least. From the optometrist who was very patient and cordial while checking my mother's vision to the staff who helped my mother with the eye drops, everyone at the clinic was very helpful. Dr. Swati listened to my mother's problems intently, thoroughly checked her eyes both before and after dilatation and gave us a thorough detail of the condition at hand. We are immensely satisfied with the overall experience at i-CARE. Thank you so much Dr.Swati and your team!

First of all what stood out was her very polite and caring behaviour. The way she speaks can make a person feel at ease and give a lot of confidence. She suggests and prescribe only what's absolutely necessary and not tell unnecessary things to do. I would highly recommend her and henceforth I will be visiting her only for any checkup.

I was infected with viral conjunctivitis which could not be cured by doctors with 28years of experience.finally visited her chamber and she cured it with eyedrops and eye gel within 3 days. *** ** ****** *** **** *** ********** ** ******* *** *** **** ***** ****** *****Highly recommended.

My appointment time was at 3:00 PM.The doctor entered the clinic at 3:40 PM.I was the no2 patient.When I entered her cabin the doctor hardly talked and gave time to me and when she told to take a seat while writing the prescription,I noticed that the seat for patients are kept very far near the wall.As I walked towards to take a seat she told me to wait in the lobby.I found the entire act of Doctor towards me very insulting.Went there after seeing so much of positive reviews but hugely disappointed and will never ever step into that clinic.

She is very nice and soft spoken that many doctors seem to be lacking. She describes clearly about your issues and advise cost - ********* ********. I liked how she consoled my mother in law for her retinal issues. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

To my mother she suggested glaucoma and asked to operate *** * ******* ********** ***** *** **** *** ******* *** ********** please don't visit or have alternate consultation before relying on her prescription.

Dr. Swati was very friendly when it comes to consultation and advise. I got my Lasik done with ease and comfort within just half and hour of time for both the eyes. However, dryness issue was there in my left eye due to the prolonged usage of contact lens since years. With time, it goes away and Dr.Swati made sure to treat the problem with utmost care! Thank you Dr. Swati for getting my vision back without glasses.

I was suffering from Eye infection since 2 months. Then I viewed Dr. Swati's profile in Practo App and booked for online consultation. General advice (Medicines, precautions) provided by the doctor worked and now it is much better. I am satisfied with the treatment provided by the doctor.

Doctor is friendly and environment is also nice...when they give a eye drop i cant see properly so they help me to book a cab and the clinic is not like other they are giving you proper treatment and give right suggestions for the issue regarding your eye..
