** ** ****** ***** probably even among the best. Quickly detected the issue on the same day. Only problem is with Fortis being super crowded. Billing process, Queuing Process is chaotic. Fortis must start token system to provide transperancy and avoid confusion.

To say I had to pay Rs. 200 more at the counter for registration ***** * **** ********* ** ****** *********** *** **** **** ****** ** ****** ********** ******* ************
poor experience. given time on 10:30am, after 2:30 hours they collected fees and finally get a chance to face doctor at around 3 pm. patient is 80 years old. surprisingly found that dr Roy isn't checking his patients, his assistant is doing that and he is busy with OT and other visits.
Dr. Shuvanan Ray is highly experienced and excellent in person. I have consulted him multiple times and each session has happened to be the best. I am satisfied with the treatment and hospitality as well. The waiting time is not a major concern but there is some confusion in consultation fees. If I am right, there is a difference of 300 bucks for Practo users which is unacceptable. They should check this as a priority. Otherwise, the booking process is very good and convenient.

waited for about 40 mins. initially attended by a junior doctor and following tests. Shuvanan Roy is quite old and seems composed. My diagnosis was clean so really happy to hear that I am fit to go from a veteran like him.

The clinic was not informed about the appointment booked through Practo as a result i had to wait for more than 1.5 hours.Practo also claims the appointment will take less tham 1 hour which was also not fulfilled.
