The fact that I waited so long to see her is because the clinic management authorities gave a wrong timing to me ( 1.30 hour before her scheduled timing), and me being a punctual creature, went right at that given time only. It is nothing to do with the doctor.

I consulted Dr. Sayantani Chakraborty at ILS Hospital for my anal wart problem. She told me that RF removal would be done in two sessions and the total cost would be around ₹15,000–₹16,000. At that time she did not examine the area properly, even though examination is usually done during consultation. She asked me to come for the procedure at Ashmi Clinic.

When I called Ashmi Clinic to confirm, they told me the cost would be ₹20,000 for the two sessions. I told them that earlier I was told ₹15–16k, but they still said ₹20k. I still agreed and went for the procedure. When I reached there, I paid the full ₹20,000. After that they also charged ₹300 separately for numbing cream, which was not even used during the procedure.

When the doctor started the procedure, she said the wart was deeper inside and RF removal would not be possible. Instead, she said she would just take a biopsy sample and did that. After that, they refunded ₹10,000 to me. When I asked how it could cost ₹10,000 just for taking a small sample, the doctor said that anal wart biopsy usually costs ₹8,000–₹10,000.

If that was the case, the lab test should also have been arranged by them, but they asked me to get the biopsy test done outside. I had to pay another ₹4,000 for the lab test separately. When I went back with the biopsy report, they again charged ₹1,000 consultation fee, even though I had already paid earlier. When I questioned it and mentioned the ₹10,000 already paid, they returned the ₹1,000.

After seeing the report, the doctor referred me to another doctor . When I asked again why ₹10,000 was charged just for taking the biopsy sample, the receptionist said that it was very difficult to take a biopsy from that area and it caused a lot of difficulty during the procedure.

She seemed to be worrying just about the time , wanted to finish off in just 2 min.

I tried telling her my 2/3 skin problems but she just wanted to listen to one. I visited her again within 2 days ** ** ***** ******** ********** *** again she did the same thing , looking at only one point and told to come after 10 -15 days but i forcibly told her to look at other problems as well. *** ****** **** ** ***** ** ** *** **** ** ******* *** ******* ***** **** ***** ** ***** If you go aftet 7 days also you will be charged full fees again *** ** ***** *** **** ** *** ***** ******* I have been to other doctors as well before for other issue* *** **** *** *** **** ******* *** ****** ** *** *********

Would advice to be clear about all your issues at first go only with her if anyone really is in need to visit her.

Worst.. I visited for my hair fall treatment and skin pigmentation problems.. She hardly listened to my issues and prescribed around 6-7 "expensive" medicines ***** *** *** * ******* None of the medicines suited me or treated any of my problems instead it visibly increased the black patches in my skin and the shampoo she prescribed was an anti dandruff shampoo which actually increased my scalp itchiness.. Addition to that she also prescribed me a sunscreen lotion which changed my fair complexion into a dusky one. Plzzzz do not visit her.. Mam you just ruined my skin..

***** ********* ********** ** ******* As my skin started being blackish more than before and layers of dead cells can clearly being visible so rather consulting her over the phone as she is not at all approachable i visited another doctor n came to know he prescribed me pimple medicine rather for pigmentation. Shock to know this.. ahe also tries to promote skin peeling fr her own benefits and money making policy. .so my humble request to all of u after u hv visited these doctors in practo plz validate your medicine with others doctors. . And plz upload this comment so ppl can get to know it. If skin peeling would hv the option available fr patients then there was no use of medicine in the market. *** ** ********* ** ********* ********** ****** ***** *** ** ** * horrible experience.

It took two weeks for the medicines prescribed by her to work.

I was suffering long and had visited several doctors in town. This time probably i found the right person for treating me *********. I am still free of any of the weird symptoms and there is absolutely no itching.
