Took a round trip of 1090 miles to find my Alchemist just 3 kms from my doorstep at Medicare Dental Clinic.

My reasoning powers were marred to death by the side effects of steroids and a severe headache the cause of which was not being detected by the then physicians. Deciding to take a second opinion from CMC Vellore proved to be fruitful. The Doctors diagnosed some dental problem to be the root cause of my condition. Due to lack of time I had to return to Kolkata the very next day just after the diagnosis.

I discovered Dr. Saptarshi Datta in October 2012 from a reference of a family friend. Little scared I took an appointment and explained him my condition and the diagnosis of the doctors of CMC Vellore.

My cavity was formed in a very difficult position and in different quadrants. But still he assured me a RCT procedure will cure me completely. For almost on and a half month those skilled fingers and a warm smile of Dr. Dutta made my journey smooth and joyous even having a preconceived fear and prejudice of needles and drills. My year long suffering of head ache disappeared completely.

Year 2020 month July, an atrocious time on mankind before our very eyes and yet we feel so powerless to avert it. As always my malign destiny tests me once again. I am suffering slight head ache and severe tooth ache. Even if my brain declares it to be darned inconvenient to visit a dentist my heart lingers with the faith on my Alchemist.

Its 19th August 2020 my last day of sitting for the RCT procedure with Dr. Dutta and I am amazed so much of precaution, care and safety maintained in this period to give relief to patients. This time it was the other tooth giving me problems. But my previous tooth which which were treated earlier are still standing strong with the withering blows of time.

Dr. Dutta's confidence, behavior and kindness continue to fascinate me through such a difficult procedure in such high risk atmosphere. My inner eyes could still feel his warm smile under the mask and PPE kit. His staff's are as efficient and dedicated in times of duress keeping the clinic absolutely sanitized. With God's grace and Dr. Saptarshi Dutta's curing touch tragedy was happily averted.

The treatment done for my wife. Earlier we passed some time with her pain which was intolerable. Nothing was eatable with her. Due to present pandemic we were fearful to met doctor for consultation in person. Then got the name of Dr. Saptarshi Dutta from one of our wel wisher. First we did a video consultation and we knew that it is not sufficient to process dental treatment. Hence Dr. gave us confidence to meet him, he is taking all medical precautions regarding covid. So we met and few sitting required for the treatment, now a days the pain passed away and living with great joy. Thanks to doctor and thanks to the supporting team too. Hope all will continue with same spirit or much more.

I was experiencing dental issues for the last few years and been visiting numerous Dental Cares for solution. But looking at my dental conditions and learning that I have Thalassemia Carrier and lives with low Haemoglobin they dared to operate. After I visited Dr. Datta at his Clinic last year he looked very confident in taking up the situation. ** *** *** *** *** ** **** * ***** ** ** ****** ** *** ****** I had to remove around 23 teeth which were troubling me and I didn't have any issue after each sitting.

The doctor and the staffs are very competent and did the job very well. The doctor explained everything with patience and he was flexible enough to adjust with my convenient time to give an appointment.however the wait time is really long whatever time you go. 40 min to 2 hrs wait is inevitable due to the clinic's patient management policy. the doctor has nothing to do with it though.

The pinch on the pocket is little on the higher side. however I have no idea about the competitive prices at other similar clinics. It is absolutely my personal opinion.

The clinic maintains hygiene at the best level possible.

I am very satisfied with the treatment done by Dr. Saptarshi Datta. I have been suffering wisdom teeth pain since last rainy season. I was very worried about the surgical extraction of my wisdom teeth but Dr. Datta has assured me that there would be no pain as well as other problems during surgical extraction.He has executed the surgical extraction of my wisdom teeth very nicely. I have not felt any pain during surgical extraction. The Covid protocol has been maintained very nicely in his clinic. ** ** ** ********* ******** The staff of the clinic are very cooperative. I would like to highly recommend for any dental problem.

In went for my wife's wisdom tooth sugical extraction. Needed 2 visits, first one to xray and prepration, next one was for extraction surgical procedure. Doctor explained well the dental conditions and the solution needed throughout. The clinic has got modern equipments that helps in visually explaining the teeth condition. The doctor is very proficient in terms of performing surgical procedures. Cost was economical compared to other places for similar treatment. Overall it has been an excellent experience so far and I will definitely refer to my friends and relatives.

Dr. Saptarshi Datta has a friendly approach. He listened to the problems patiently, addressed my concern about pain while doing the procedure. He is highly cooperative about making payments which I could make according to my convenience, never insisted on making a particular amount on a particular visit. Before starting the procedure from the second day onwards, he always enquired whether I had had any problem after the previous procedure. He is also quite flexible about date and time. Though waiting time is a bit lengthy, I found that he arrives on time and attends to the patients continuously. ** *** ***** * ***** *** ** ** **** **** *******

The doctor asked for our convenient dates for next appointment and time. Helped in understanding and responding back to any concerns and made the sessions comfortable for the patient. Moreover, hygiene is well-maintained in the doctors clinic. All covid protocls are maintained at the clinic. Reminders on appointment dates are given via sms and email. Doctor gives enough gap in between the treatment sessions so that the patient gets enough time to settle himself or herself with the treatment procedure. The doctor asks for feedback in the next treatment date and also via email. The one factor which concerns is the waiting time, though appointment date and time are pre-scheduled but the waiting time. Else, others looks fine.
