It was my first visit to the doctor. One thing which I like about him, is that, he was very straight forward. He explained the problem of Osteoarthritis pretty clean, and shared that there is no treatment to it. It will get worse with age. Even though, it felt bad while hearing this, the honest answer is all we need. With some exercise and diet control, the worse state can be delayed but not avoided. I have seen doctors who will prescribe treatments which are meaningless, just to gain more profit from patients. We did took some existing reports to him but, he told the truth that can't be denied.

I had visited the hospital for my mother related to arthritis. Previously we use to check in Punjab. The doctor response was very good. His behavior was good. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. We had X-ray reports and manually it was diagnosed by doctor. I'm satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. It takes 2 hours to reach, even though we visit. Waiting time was not much in the hospital. She had knee replacement in Punjab. We followed whatever told by Dr. Sanjoy Bagchi. Hospitality was good.

He has been a saviour for me since 2014 when he saved my life after a free fall from the 5th floor. I visited 2 more doctors for my my knee issue since Nov 2021, and i am still suffering from it. But he could make me almost stand in 2 days after visit. He is amazing.
