My mother has been seeing Dr. Rajib Basu for many years for various orthopedic issues. He knows and remembers her problems very well and feels like our family doctor. I highly recommend him.

Went to consult Dr Rajib Basu at Manipal Dhakuria, for my mother who was having an accute pain in her hip and thigh area****** *** * ******** ********** **** **** ******* He was not willing to listen to our problem. Instead of listening and giving solution, he referred us to three * *** * * more doctors.

For back pain he asked us to visit some neuro doctor and even wrote this in prescription. Then for the pain in thigh area, he advised to consult a Gynecologist Doctor and suggested a name. When , I asked for some physiotherapy in the pain area, he referred us to a Physical medicine doctor.

I was confused, whether I visited an orthopedic doctor or a receptionist who would Direct me to someone else. As an orthopedic doctor he has neither any suggestion nor any solution to our problem.********* disappointed with his consultation, particularly when I have to take my mother on wheelchair after facing so much difficulty.

' . I have taken appointment for orthopedic concern and I had visited the hospital. Doctor was good and he had done my check up after that treatment was given to me. There was no wait time for me as my appointment was on time. I am overall 98% satisfied with this doctor and his treatment. Hospital staff were cooperative and responsive with me. I consulted the doctor for my knee issue the doctor told that I need to do operation so we decided we will do the operation everything went ok until & unless the bill came out the doctor charged us double telling we are charging for 2 operation while they said it is only 1 operation I was very upset hearing that they did not inform me about this before so we decided to visit another hospital

I have taken appointment for my son for knees surgery concern and visited the hospital. I would like to say that it was my biggest mistake that I have taken the appointment. I am one-off government employee from government I was getting the paid from my office and Doctor had done the surgery and they had made 2 bills for that when I said to make one bill means hospital management has refused to do it, so I had to pay from my pocket. The doctor and management are not good.
