I noticed a faint humming in my right ear and visited Dr Pinaki Mazumdar, ENT specialist, on 28 Feb. After examining me, he prescribed ear drops and asked me to return in 3 days. By my follow-up appointment, the humming had decreased significantly.
During my 2nd visit, the doctor cleaned my ears and conducted a hearing test, which resolved the humming completely. I appreciated his attentive manner and the explanation of my condition as tinnitus.

I will highly recommend Dr. Pinaki. He provides a very crisp diagnosis and treatment plan. I had impacted ear wax which was very painful. After a gruelling fight with it, the doctor removed it very meticulously and successfully through suction. After that I have recovered in leaps and bounds.
This Dr started his practice even before I was born and his experience stands true to his interactions with the patient. I am usually very anxious with doctors and medical procedures but I always felt I am in safe hands with him.
Maybe I wrote too much for cerumen removal but credit should be given where it is due!
