The doctor was very patient with the exam and made sure to explain everything very well. I'm usually afraid of going to any doctor but his welcoming smile is very warm and comforting. His charges were affordable and he didn't prescribe medicines that weren't necessary.

Very well behavior, gentle, This the first visit so can't tell right now we will visit next after examination .

He charged Rs. 1000/- for performing simple ear wash of my daughter which was done by syringe water spray. This is unbelievable. What is the job of an ENT doctor?? It's the basic duty of ENT doctor to use scalpel, water wash etc. A simple job not lasted more than 2 min cost you to pay Rs. 1000/-.

I will highly recommend Dr. Pinaki. He provides a very crisp diagnosis and treatment plan. I had impacted ear wax which was very painful. After a gruelling fight with it, the doctor removed it very meticulously and successfully through suction. After that I have recovered in leaps and bounds.

This Dr started his practice even before I was born and his experience stands true to his interactions with the patient. I am usually very anxious with doctors and medical procedures but I always felt I am in safe hands with him.

Maybe I wrote too much for cerumen removal but credit should be given where it is due!

I am crying at present moment,its 02:28 am.I can't sleep.😢
