He did my GB stone surgery **** ******* *** ********* **** *** ******** ****** ******* ** ***** I got umbilical hernia developed within 4 months of the surgery. When I asked him on this he mentioned that I was not supposed to be coughing or lift heavy weights. I told him that I got cold and had been coughing for 1/2 days but never lifted any heavy weight as there’s no such need in my daily life for anything such. Also he had not mentioned anything like that in the discharge summary as precautionary measures.
