The appointment wait time was for more than a month. Also the wait upon arrival has always been for more than 4 hours atleast.

Plus there is no communication from the institution, we had to call and follow up on appointment day. That too the initial POC was not sure about the appointment, we were rerouted multiple times.

Though doctor did not speak much ,took lots of time in typing ailment and prescribing medicine .one must take 3-4 hours in hand to visit him .He took almost half to one hour to see one patient and tell the root cause of any problem *** ******** ********** ** *** *** *** **** **** *********

We had been to hospital for my wife as she had stomach pain and headache issue. *** ********* *** ***** I am satisfied with the treatment given. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. My wife is better now.

We had consulted the doctor and it was for my mother. She has Parkinson disease. ****** *** ***** Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. MRI and blood test was done. I am satisfied with the treatment given.  I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Waiting time was for more than 1.5 hours. Her health is slightly better. We are unable to visit the doctor because of lock down. Physiotherapy was suggested by the doctor.

I Consulted Dr. Koushik Dutta,** ** **** *******I visited for treatment related to my neck pain . There was no waiting time to consult, I am satisfied with the doctor and treatment,they also prescribed medicine. I am good now.

The experience was good but I felt bad that the doctor suggested so many tests to do but also after doing it I got to know that it was a simple migraine problem. I'm not doctor but being a doctor while seeing the patient he should know what problem he has but the doctor suggested all the tests like ECG, MRI, sugar, NST, blood test, etc all the tests there was no use so many tests. The doctor's behaviour was very good with the patient. The doctor suggested the medicines for three months but when the patient stopped taking medicine again the problem came back because it's a migraine problem. It takes time to solve it. I would suggest the doctor first to see the patient and his health then suggest him to do tests and all I just felt he wrote so many tests which were of no use at all.

Koushik sir go extra miles to help patient and family members. He explain the diagnosis in layman term which is easy for family member to understand. He also make sure that patient family don't bare unnecessary expenses.

We need to go again for a visit and meet the doctor. We waited for 5 minutes. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends.
