For the last 10 years, I was having a piles issue and used to remain very disturbed. I frequently took treatment for piles here and there, but only got temporary relief. It was all of a sudden that about 7 months ago, I started experiencing knee pain in my left knee. I was unable to sit properly, had difficulty lifting things.
