Dr. Hema Malathi Rath

Dr Rath completed MD from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and DM (Cardiology) from West Bengal University of Health Sciences. She has undergone training for interventional cardiology Medical College Hospital, Kolkata. Dr Rath has over two decades of experience in coronary interventions including devices. She performs coronary angiography, Coronary Angioplasty, Pacemaker, ICD, CRT.D- CRT-P, Congenital Heart Disease, Intervention like ASD, vsd-PDA. She has also managed large sized coronary care units for almost 14 years. Dr Rath has been actively involved in public education programmes and has delivered health talks. Earlier she has worked as an Assistant Professor at SSKM hospital and presently at RG Kar Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata. She has delivered numerous national & international publications to her credit.
