I visited his personal chamber situated in Burrabazar. My experience is completely horrible. First thing, his fees is not 300 which is reflecting on the page. He charges Rs. 600 with every visit. He charged 400 for X-Ray for one teeth only and also we did not give me X-ray hard copy. He sent me the copy of X-Ray over Whatsapp. As my wisdom teeth was completely damaged, he advised me to take it out as there was no scope to do root canal into it. Then later on, he called and asked me what you want to do - Taking the teeth out or root canal. I did not understand firstly, he was the one who told me there is no scope of doing root canal and then he is asking to do root canal. I told him to take the teeth out. On the day of taking out teeth, suddenly my BP went down and I felt like vomiting and I was not in condition to walk but there was no one to attend me. I walked on my own. He was the doctor, he should tell me what should we do next. Rather, we asked me what should we do now. There I lost confidence in him but somehow, I gather guts and co-operate him to take out the teeth. And on the time of paying the fees. He asked me for Rs 4100. I asked 4100 for what... Hospital staff behaviour is non responsive before listing got reply from insurance desk we can't help.
