About six or seven months ago, my mother developed an abscess-like growth near her anus, and we consulted the surgeon, Dr. Pritam Kundu. He listened patiently to the issues and clearly explained the situation—that it was a fistula requiring surgery and a lengthy treatment process. After performing the initial surgery, he discovered that a long fistula tract still remained. To completely eradicate it, he patiently employed a different technique to shorten the tract and performed a minor follow-up procedure, successfully curing the condition; my mother is doing much better now.
