Dr. Dhrubo Roy

I met the doctor. I had faced two problems, the consultation fees that was confirmed with practo they did not confront those charges, as they said that you have to pay whatever the hospital is charging and waiting time was too long it did not compile with practo given time. I visited the same doctor and I kept calling also but no one received then according to appointment time I went to the hospital but they said it is the normal appointment not on behalf of practo and they were not considering Practo appointment and charged more fees and waiting time was too long. I'm satisfied with the doctor's treatment. When it came to hospital services, everything was good.

The consultation experience was awesome. I consulted the doctor as I had an ear problem. The doctor was very good and I'm satisfied with the doctor's treatment. There was no waiting time but they increased the consultation fee by Rs. 200 which I was not aware of, everything was good. I would definitely like to recommend this doctor to others.

My mother went to see him with hearing difficulties in only one ear. He recommended an audiometry test which showed significant decline in hearing abilities in higher frequencies only in one ear. Dr Dhrubo Roy diagnosed her with peripheral nerve damage and recommended hearing aids. He specifically said there's nothing else to worry about and nothing can be fixed.

Upon 2nd opinion from another doctor, she was asked for MRI scan ***** ****** * ***** ****** *********** *********** ***** ****** *** ***** ****** ********* ** ******* ***** ****** *** ** ******* ************** ******* *** **** ** ************* ** *** ********** her diagnosis by Dr Dhrubo Roy, in my opinion* *** ********* ** * ****** ** *** ******** *** I'll never recommend him to anyone. *** ******** ************ *** **** ******* ***** *****

After waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment, the doctor finally arrived. The consultation lasted a mere 10 seconds, during which four medications and two tests were prescribed for my throat pain, without any explanation. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time and well-being. Charging ₹1,000 for such a perfunctory consultation is unacceptable and highlights the deficiencies in India’s healthcare system.

He has no time and spares no efforts towards diagnosis. Shouts and insults at the drop of a hat, and he claims he doesn't "listen to his patients" ******** ******* ******** He is arrogant, insecure and utterly disrespectful. I call on all patients (potential and existing) to instead find alternatives they deserve.

The consultation experience was good. I'm satisfied with the doctor's treatment. There was a bit long waiting time but that was ok. The doctor's treatment was good. When it comes to improvement, there has to be an improvement from the management end regarding scheduling proper appointment timings for patients. I would like to recommend this doctor to my family and friends.

First of all you need to wait atleast 39-45 min above your appointment time. First- long wait for the doctor to reach in cabin. For his late, no information and no update at reception.

Second- major time given to the other doctor who was sitting in same cabin**** *** **** *** ******** ********** ******* ******* ****** I m suffering from precancerous disease and got acute pain in ear and throat. I was expecting good response and right direction. I hv immune disorder for which allopathy has two treatment (as per Doctor-allopathy)- kimo or estroid. ** ********* ***** They hv suggested Homeopathy treatment. *** *** ** **** ******* ** ********* ** ***** ****** ******** ******* ********* ************ ** ***** **** *** ***** ** **** ***** **** ************* ***** **** ***** ** **** **** ******* Don't know why so arrigancy where you yourself not taking care of patient sitting infront of you.

I visited the doctor and the consultation experience was good. He is a very good doctor, I'm satisfied with the doctor and doctor treatment. The only problem I faced is the waiting time, I waited for 1hr to consult the doctor.
