During our visit, we found the doctor to be unresponsive to my wife's concerns and unwilling to listen to her health issues thoroughly. Her behavior was rude and unapproachable, lacking the basic courtesy and empathy expected in a patient-centered environment.Furthermore, when we tried to contact her later regarding the prescribed medication, there was no response.
