Dr. Anirban Chatterjee

Dr. Anirban Chatterjee is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon Interventionist attached to Fortis Hospitals ,AMRI, Apollo, Peerless, Indian Institute of Neurosciences, Woodlands, Belle Vue , Nightingale Hospitals, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He is specially trained and regularly performs both open procedures, and endovascular procedures, including endovascular repairs using covered stent grafts for aneurysms dissections, revascularisations, embolization of tumours, aneurysms and AVMs, deployment of IVC filters, venous stenting, and hybrid procedures along with endovascular lasers, for endovenous laser radio frequency ablations. He is a Member of the European Society for Vascular Surgery, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the Vascular Society of India, the Venous Association of India, the Association of Surgeons of India. Through the years of his training and practice in vascular surgery,He has gained valuable experience in the various aspects of vascular surgery from open repairs of vascular problems to endovascular repairs of the various vascular conditions affecting the masses. Dr. Chatterjee is particularly interested in vascular practice research precisely Hybrid Vascular Surgeries with vascular management of peripheral AVMs, to look forward to newer management strategies leading to brighter outcomes preserving the quality of life in the vast population of subjects suffering from vascular problems worldwide.
