Doctor's behaviour is very friendly, but inwas quite surprised because he didn't explain any medicines but written it on the prescription. But hos natire was very friendly,he listened my problems properly and diagnosed it.Quite satisfying but still quite surprised regarding the medicine consultation...
I do recommend the doctor in priority. ** *** **** ********* *** ** *** *** ********** Before consulting him, I only had to wait for 15 minutes. The staff cooperated very well. They offered a cashback on payments which is done through paytm but it was an ultimate fail. It was quite disappointing but the overall experience was very good.
Didn’t give enough time. Prescribed generic medicines. And the secretary and the management was so bad. Not recommending at all. Ignore him and go for another doctor. *Don't fall for the Google reviews*

Some points worth mentioning:
(1). My experience has taught me that doctors should listen to patients as much as they ask. I don't really know how much time a doctor should give to a patient, but from my experience, they should. Counseling is an important part of treatment. ******** **** ****** ** ** ************ ******* he could not give me enough time. But I think at least he should have given me a couple minutes. (I got maybe 40/50 seconds.)
(2). The way he treated me caused me to go to a second doctor. He started writing prescriptions before my problem was discussed, which is not expected either.
(3). As for the management, I went as per my appointment, and the secretary kept saying that older people are going to get priority. So what's the point of giving a specific appointment time to patients if older people are going to get priority?
In spite of the fact that my x-ray report was not delivered on time.
I am however hoping that this doctor will understand my point and use this criticism in a positive manner so that things can be made better for future patients.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. A. Basu as i went with my problem of osteoarthritis of knee which was from last 3 years and become severe due to which I was unable to walk properly. Dr. A. Basu suggested me for knee replacement surgery and guided me so well that i underwent for the surgery and after 1 month of my knee replacement i was freely walking with minimal pain and in 3 months that pain also subsided and now i am able to walk freely confidently. Also my Physiotherapist guided me well with the exercises throughout this period. I thank to Dr. Anindansu Basu and my Physio also i suggest Dr. A. Basu for other ortho surgery.

Very friendly doctor and accurate treatment. Within a week i able to walk which was very painful. .
As of my perspective, the consultation was not so great. First of all, professionalism was a complete lack. There was no privacy at all. There were two more people chit-chatting inside the consultation room during our session, it was an utter disturbance. I am not that happy with the medications as well. ******* ** ****** ** **** **** *** I waited for half an hour as the doctor was not available at OPD that time. But I was not bothered about that. Only the privacy thing was a main concern.
I have consulted him twice. It was a good experience. The treatment given was satisfactory. But the fees at Fortis is comparatively high. Otherwise, everything was fine.
