Dr. Dolly Gupta

I have a problem of a heavy hair growth on my face and neck part so I have visited some reputed clinics for it's laser treatment as well..and at last I visited Dr Gupta's clinic for it *** * **** *** * *** ** ******* ****** **** the very first sitting and the result was equal to 8 sitting of the laser treatment I previously had from a different clinic (really reputed one). The charges are reasonable and really worth it. I've visited for some skin issues and hair issues as well.. Dr. Gupta suggested some medicines for all and having a good improvement with them as well. I have already suggested some of my friends nd they are also satisfied with the treatment..one good thing about Dr. Gupta that she checks the roots of the problem so the solution provided is permanent.. clinic staffs are co operative as well .. some reviews will say that they have some time management problems but believe me it really worth it..I strongly recommend her to everybody..😇♥️

Highly recommend her. I took 3 sittings of skin tightening, one session of botox and hair removal treatment. The best part in the doctor is her transparency and she personally carry out all the procedures despite being so busy with many patients waiting every time you visit unlike other clinics where such therapies are done by technicians or junior doctors. I am very happy with the treatment of the doctor. She explained my illness in details. *** ********* *** **** ********* *** can see huge improvement in my hair loss and acne in 3 weeks time itself after taking her medicines and 2 sessions of Acne peeling. Found her very genuine and her rates are very very reasonable considering the facilities and standard which she is providing. I had to wait for 30 mins due to huge rush in the clinic but it was worth the wait. Will always recommend her to everyone as i can clearly see the difference in quality by her and the other doctors in Kolkata. I had consulted 3 well known dermatologist before her and I really Thank Practo for connecting me to such a good, friendly doctor.

I wish I didn't have to write this, but I'm very disappointed. I was visiting for the first time after reading so many positive reviews on Practo. When I called D'CosMedics and asked for to book an appointment, I was given the time of 6:00 PM. When I arrived I was told to wait for 20 minutes as the doctor was busy with the treatment of a patient and there were 2 more patients before me. I thought, I can wait 20 minutes as that's normal. But to my surprise I had to wait for 1hr 10minutes before I could see the doctor. I mean, seriously? What's the point of booking an appointment before arriving if I have to wait for more than an hour. I could just have very well went there without any prior appointments if I had the time to wait for hours. The receptionist didn't knew how much time it would take and just gave me a ballpoint figure of 20 minutes so that I wouldn't leave. I had to make the payment on the spot, even before meeting the doctor.

Now coming to the doctor. She didn't entertain me for even 5 minutes, considering I waited for over an hour for her time as I believed I would get a better advice and treatment. Doctor's time is valuable, but patients time and money is expandable, is what I got an impression off. I had 4 problems which I needed professional advice for. I showed her my rash and she asked few questions, wrote an ointment (took 2 minutes). I tried to show her my next problem which was my accident scars. Took 20 seconds to write an ointment. I tried to ask for a solution for my dark circles under my eyes. And she said "please come back to me after 4 weeks, as this is not that much of an major issue right now". What is that supposed to mean? And she told me to follow simple home remedies. I could have very well googled if I wanted to hear home remedies, instead of paying 500 INR (which isn't cheap). I'm a working professional and I don't have time or patience to follow home remedies. I needed either a treatment advice or any medical cream. I have tried home remedies, but they didn't help so I wanted some professional advice.

And after that I didn't bother to consult about my other issue (my foot corn), as it seemed she was in too much of an hurry to get rid of me. I mean, I paid like 500 INR for 3 minutes of her time and a home remedy. I honestly, never had such a bad experience with any doctor.

I felt like, if I have 4 problems, she would only address one problem properly per session. For the next problem, I would have to pay another 500 INR and visit her next day. So total 2000 INR just for consultation and her valuable time. Truly not worth it. **** ****** ******* *** **** **** *********

Dr. Dolly is certainly the best doctor I've found to be in Kolkata after visiting 3 reputed clinics. Her approach is very practical. Had explained all options with possible outcome in details. I am very happy with the final result. Considering her experience and clinic's standards, I even found the rates to be very genuine. My friends are also very satisfied with her treatment.
