Dhwani Shah is a Post Graduate in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She has completed a certificate course in Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy Level - I and Cognitive Analytical Training Level – I. Dhwani has gained a diverse work experience – she worked at Iswar Sankalpa, Kolkata as a Rehabilitation Officer, as a Coach for an online self help program to reduce anxiety among engineering students, as a Counselor at Kripa Revival Centre (de-addiction centre), Bangalore, and at Ummeed, Kolkata. She was associated as a counselor and student life skill trainer with Mount Litera Zee School, Howrah.She has worked both with adolescents and adults. During one to one counseling she has helped clients with anger management techniques, relaxation skills, impulse control, social skills, emotional coping skills and functional living skills. She aims to spread awareness about mental health to as many individuals as possible while simultaneously help others overcome personal obstacles.
