I couldn't understand what made you to feel so. You came to my clinic very recently (29.05.2017 at 11.30 am) & I can remember vividly what I have said to you. I explained you the reason of pain & then mentioned about the particular tooth in your prescription. You can check it. Also suggested treatment plan after seeing the x-ray. I have a habit of explaining everything to the person coming to me for consultation regarding his/her dental problem , treatment procedure, duration of treatment and cost involved on the 1st day itself, provided the diagnosis is clear to me. If someone is slow or unable to understand I repeat the same thing in the way the person can understand. In that case the person should express his/her inability to me , otherwise how I shall come to know.
Regarding X-ray film : After taking X-ray , film requires to be immersed in a chemical solution for sometime and then requires time to dry up. . For that reason we can't deliver X-ray film immediately after taking X-ray. Carrying wet film is little messy. My staffs always say one can come after few hours or any other day or can send someone to collect it. WE DON'T HAVE ANY INTEREST KEEPING OTHER PEOPLE'S X-RAY. YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR X-RAY FROM OUR CLINIC DURING THE CLINIC HOURS.
