I graduated from NRS Medical college Kolkata and got MD degree in Paediatrics from the Calcutta University in 1998.Then I went to England and worked there for 11 years; last 2 years as Consultant in Durham Hospital NHS Trust England. I obtained MRCPCH, FRCPCH and CCT in England. I returned to Kolkata in 2012 and joined as Asst Prof in RKM Seva Pratisthan, and also working as Neonatologist and Paediatrician in AMRI Hospital.

My son is under his observation since 2016 when my child suffered from acute bronchiolytis and he treated him with gentle care.Really he became calm and patience always to how much we as a parent were confused.He always prescribed for normal diet and make my child habituate with natural medicines.

In one sentence I want to say it is very difficult rather impossible to find a Doctor like Dr Brajagopal Ray in our city of joy interms of honesty,friendliness and treatment satisfaction.
I feel proud that we are associated with this great human being..........
He always advised us to have patience whenever there was any health issues...rather applying medications as he believes in building up immunity naturally...

What I like most about Dr. Ray are his attitude and approach. He is polite, patient and believes in natural cure first.
He is polite and responds to queries or concerns patiently as soon as he can. Unless absolutely required, he would not prescribe antibiotics or anything like that. In the case of my son's fever, he would first prescribe gentle medicines such as paracetamol and observe the response. He would carefully examine my son, taking his time. He never rushes his examination. I completely trust him.

we had a very good experience. he had prescribed us medicine for our daughter for fever and cough. however he told us that its better to take natural medicine like honey with ginger juice for cough. also asked us which fever medicine we have and he prescribed the same medicine...doctor is very much polite and down to earth.
