Apart from being a fantastic doctor, she has been a great support to me at all my hour of needs. She was always available on the phone or over Whatsapp and often called me back when she couldn't respond! The best thing about her is the way she conducted herself. She is kind, humble and caring to the core. My husband had to live out of Kolkata because of his job during the entire course of my pregnancy and yet, not for a single day, the fear, the insecurities and the feeling of helplessness of a first time mother could creep in and mostly because I knew I had Dr. Barnali Goswami as my support. She is a very polite and composed doctor. Listens to all the problems very carefully. I had a consultation with her for my wife and she was carrying a high risk precious pregnancy at the age of 42 years and she handled us very well. There were too many complications all through the period of pregnancy which can't be detailed here but we are extremely happy the way she caressed my wife everytime she had complications.
