1. Doctor need to explain what was the result of examination of ear themselves, there should be a ear 3rd or poster anatomy to explain what was observed.

2. Doctor should talk after observation not just write medicine.

3. Explain the health issues and what will be further action plan.

4. Doctor should understand just keeping quit and not giving basic information to patient is not at all a good practice.

I was charged INR 600, not 500. I was there 11th September 2021 10 am

i took consultation from practo. she is never available after your first consultation. it creates problem. I talked to customer care also. But no benefit. Great, the checkup was satisfactory and doctor experienced in her field. She cures from the root and prescribes less medicines.

She remains unavailable for prepaid consultation at pre determined time and reports wrongly that her call was not answered by patient.
