Dr. Aarti Sarda was very helpful and friendly. She clearly diagnosed my yeast infection and explained the medication plan, assuring me of a quick recovery. The wait time was shorter than expected, and overall, I was satisfied with the consultation.

Ms. Aarti Sharda was *** **** ************** *** rude doctor I have ever visited. I chose her on Practo because of all the reviews hailing her 'empathy'. I was stunned! I waited for an hour for 2 minutes of her nothing. She was too busy on her phone to listen to my skin issue. When I told her, my hemoglobin levels have dropped for too much blood loss due to prolonged period, she did not say anything. She had NO reaction. I gave my past medical records and current test reports of blood work. She did NOT study them and instead gave some of the tests again. When I said I have these test reports with me, she said 'Bring them next time' while continuing to look at her phone. I was speechless. I had them, why not now? She did NOT examine my skin, face, scalp and instead asked me to 'show' her. She was as puzzled to see my skin as my clueless mother. *** ****** **** ******** ***** **** *** **** * ***** ** ***** *** ** ********** *** **** ******* **** *** **** ********* ** **** ***** *** **** We deserve an explanation, even for a 'no diagnosis', not because we paid you 800 INR but it is OUR health. I will worry if you tell me to do a biopsy and do not explain why. Thank you for nothing.
