I went to Dr. Paroma with a badly impacted ear wax which was causing extreme distress . The doctor was extremely patient and gentle while removing it, and the relief I felt afterwards was incredible. I could hear clearly again and felt so much better immediately. Really grateful for the care and expertise. Highly recommend Dr. Paroma.

I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude and to recommend Dr.Pritam Kundu, on 26th April 2026 he successfully removed my wife's big cyst in liver back side,it was very very critical and dangerous operation but he successfully performed it, always his smiling face and very well mannered and very good behaviour and transparent doctor,he explain the symptoms and possible treatment very much clearly,I wish him every success for his future life, and once again wish to thank him so much for his caring nature.

The doctor didn’t give clear instructions or take time to understand my history. He prescribed medicines ******* ********** **** *** *** ********** **** ***** ********* ***** ***** ******* ** *** ******* Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the visit.

The doctor explained everything very clearly and was very polite and sweet while answering all my questions. Although the clinic could be better maintained, I had a positive experience overall and would definitely recommend Dr. Sweatha R to others. I would rate the experience around 3.5 out of 5.

The doctor was very timely and attentive, and I had a very good experience speaking with both the doctor and the registrar. The clinic staff could improve, but the appointment timing was well arranged and the doctor was punctual. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Debtanu Bhattacharya for similar problems and rate the experience 4 out of 5.

My experience with Dr. Paroma Mukherjee was good and she explained everything clearly. I would absolutely recommend her to others. However, I felt the staff behavior could be improved as they spoke rudely to me despite my being only five minutes late.
