Mental Health Society is a social initiative dedicated to promoting mental well-being, emotional awareness, and accessible psychological support. It works towards breaking the stigma around mental health by creating safe, supportive, and inclusive spaces for individuals and communities. The organisation provides individual and group counselling, mental health workshops for schools, colleges, frontline workers, and corporate professionals, stress management and burnout prevention programmes, emotional resilience and life skills training, awareness campaigns, community outreach, and academic as well as psychological mentoring for students.
