Dr Das was specific and suggested for minimal investigation for further treatment. Prior to Dr Das the junior doctors did an intensive fact finding, basis previous records and clinical examination to build the case and come to a diagnosis. The same findings were presented to Dr Das . A debate followed on certain conclusions between Dr Das and the juniors on any confusion or doubt was arbitrated by Dr Das.
