Went for my first consultation with lot of stress, negativity & discomfort. My first interaction with a smiling, communicative & caring Dr Arnab Basak was magical....I walked out of his chamber with positivity and absolutely stress free. I went under his scalpel with absolute faith and guess what the result was amazing. For me he is now a friend I can go back to anytime without hesitation. A blessing indeed.

Dr Arnab Basak is a great doctor. He operated my ovarian cyst and also removed unnecessary fats . The weight of it was 3 to 3.5 kg . While the other doctors were afraid to handle the case, Dr Arnab Basak did it with ease. I will recommend to others also to trust him without any second thoughts.

As this was the first visit. The doctor just prescribed for some diagnostic tests and USG. I did that and waiting for follow-up appointment. Hence it is unfair to speak about my happiness on treatment right now.. However Doctor was very nice & friendly. I think his secretary should be a bit more receptive while communicating with patients and also during booking appointment.
