Mr. Sadhak Anshit is a Certified Yoga and naturopathy teacher. He encountered the teaching while on the quest to heal himself from a near death experience of a road accident. When Doctors told him that he would never walk again, he took matters into his own hands and found the healing powers of Ashtanga Vinyasha Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. Today, Sadhak Anshit is one of the most recognized Yoga and Meditation teachers in India and spends most of his time teaching all over India.

It was an opportunity to learn everything from the basics of yoga to the spiritual side. It was better to learn what I could not learn in the book. It was not easy, but it was worth it.
