Ms. Anshima Gupta

I was referred to Anshima by one of my friends when I was going through Anxiety, Depression and server over thinking. ******* *** **** * ***** ********** She always used to provide material from international conferences that helped me understand more about mental health in general and my mind, observing emotions in my body.

What made Anshima separate from my other therapists is her flexibility and compassionate style. She never makes therapy a forced or strict session. She always creates a comfortable space where you feel genuinely welcomed to be your authentic self.

The way Anshima does therapy is unique. She focusses on helping you explore the root cause of your emotions and observe how your body and mind react under stress, rather than leaning on medication. I especially valued her hypnotherapy and trance sessions, which allowed me to relax deeply and connect with my true goals and desires.

I had a counselling session with Anshima, *** ** ********** *** ***** ****** She is ************** professional, and clearly knows her work well. She helped me better understand somatic feelings and how to become more aware and connected with my body. I found the session insightful and meaningful, and I would definitely recommend her!

I liked Doctors observation but am unable to pay her fee as I am getting pension of ₹20496/- per month and also wish that my wife came out of her problem.
