Vatsalya Hospital

Writing this review after self experiencing the services for my wife's pregnancy. Since this was our first baby, we had a lot of queries doubts which Dr Madhu and Dr Vivek used to answer with utmost professionalism, clarity and understandable to common people like us. We got the benefit of having mother and child care together. The staff is very polite and considerate. The room which we booked were regularly cleaned. Even in the times of Covid all SOPs were maintained.

Thank you to Dr Madhu, Dr Vivek and Vatsalya for making it smooth.

I visited the doctor 15 days back although I met many doctors earlier, but but the treatment given by doctor Vivek to my daughter was uncomparable, his knowledge is unbeatable

I live around 100 kilometer far from his hospital but take consultation from him for each and every problem related to kids health

Today i visited to swaroop nagar clinic. Though i alwys used to visit vatsalaya hospital bt due to viral fever to my baby i went swaroop nagar and i returned without meeting dr because even after waiting for half an hour there was not a single person to open the clinic. We had to wait outside on road in this humid weather. This thing is really disappointing although dr vivek has been my son's paediatrician since his birth and he is a good dr. But above issue is really considerable as patient comfortness should also b taken care.

12 PM appointment took 1.30 pm to get your number.Other things are very good but timing is a issue.

Its been a good experience and satisfied with the treatment and suggestions given the only issue was that the Doctor was not on time.

I felt like I am consulting with someone I already know. I am really happy to see the friendlyness of the doctor and his diagnosis.

The doctor was not present, we had to come back. Why give appointment when you are not coming to clinic.

We reached as per appointment at 11.56am and registered at reception with online appointment letter. When the doctor arrived and he saw us first, my child was really scared initially but he made her comfortable and she even smiled at the end. At the end she said "good doctor". His advise were quite logical and easy to understand. Thanks Dr Saxena.
