Over the past month, I've had occasion to be examined and treated by both Drs Gupta (Mr and Mrs). Both are friendly and with the proper blend of professionalism and concern towards the patient's well-being. I'm anyway going back to them in January 2027 for an even bigger issue. The interns and receptionist are also nice, helpful and professional.
My overall experience with Dr. Shikha Gupta was very good.

Dr. Shikha Gupta is very intelligent and kind-hearted. My root canal treatment experience was very nice, and the doctor explained all procedures simply. The consultation was clear about my tooth problems.
Dr. Shikha Gupta was very concerned about my issue and addressed it with conviction. The approach was satisfying, and the staff was very helpful.
It was good. I went for a cleaning (scaling and polishing) so it was a standard procedure. The appointment started a little late so if that's the norm I would account for that when visiting. Shikha was nice, explained the procedure, commented on my dental health and how I could work on improving it. Vineet made a short stop but I guess owing to the simplicity of the procedure didn't stick around. One slightly bizarre thing is that you are required to take your shoes off so I wouldn't wear boots there :D
