Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh was amazing and highly skilled, and the main reason patients come to the clinic. However, the clinic itself lacks basic facilities like only 2 wheelchairs, limited seating, and no drinking water. The staff are untrained and insensitive, and the long wait times made the experience feel overpriced for the Rs. 2000 fee.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh is a ***** ****** **** * very nice, cool, and sweet nature. Although he was late by nearly two hours, the staff was very good and his advice was excellent. I felt cared for and comfortable throughout the visit and highly recommend him.
I was very satisfied with the doctor's behavior regarding treatment and liked it. Overall, the experience was good despite a mistake on the prescription date and patient details.
