Me and my mother visited doctor Neha Saxena as my mother was visibly uncomfortable.The attending was so sweet and caring and address me and my mother as doctor the whole time .she refused to take her fees and waived of the entire amount at the end. It was a very positive experience with Dr.Neha Saxena and Dr.Manish saxena as I could see on my mother's face. My mother was explained about the diagnosis and the treatment options in very understandable terms. They both asked relevant questions rather than jumping to quick conclusions. They both provided clear guidance on when to follow up and what to expect during the recovery process. They took the time to listen to my mother's concerns medical history without russing to any conclusion.

Dr. Neha Saxena provided a very good experience with a hygienic clinic and cooperative staff who respect all patients, including senior citizens. I have heard from other patients about their 100% positive results, so I feel confident recommending her clinic to friends and others.

The clinic was very well organized, and the behavior of Dr. Neha Saxena and the staff was highly commendable. She explained everything very clearly, and I had no issues at all.

EveryThing is perfect, Both Doctors examine Suhani very well, Support staff behaviour is quite good with us, which random seen know a days, Hospital cleanineness is very appreciative .IThink only area which needs improvement is The cost of Medicine and Spectacles which is Higher ie medicine available is at MRP. Very Much impressed by the Dr. Neha saxena examination of Suhani Eye and her discussion relatiing to deal with the same to myself, She discussed without irritating which is very random. I always saw that Doctor never explain the issue to associate, and if they explain they explain with irritation. Thanks

Dr. Neha Saxena was soft and listened to patients carefully, using advanced testing. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially those handling the eye checkup machines. The wait time was reasonable, and the clinic was very clean and well maintained. I would rate my experience 9 out of 10.
