Yesterday I get appointment for 11:30 when I visit that time dr was not there. He came at 11:45 then he consult those patients who written their names by telephonic. When I ask their employee about online appointment he said he don't know about this. So he gave me no 13 to be in queue. At last after 1:30 hr my number came. I ask dr about that problem but he didn't answer me. My time get wasted due to online appointment through you. Please remove dr narula from practo. Thank you
