I had a wonderful experience. I had taken Panchakarma treatment for my cold problem. Unexpectedly I have reduced weight in my tummy region which was an issue for many years. So I am really happy about the overall outcome. Now I feel my body to be too light. It has reduced my cold issue to an extent.
