Hello Mr Sushil , There is clearly some misunderstanding from your inlaws side as you were not available for your wife’s ANC throughout. 1. I was throughout in contact with your wife on phone when she got admitted, and was on the way to hospital , until your brother-in-law complained in the management about my unavailability ( just 15 min after her admission). So the management called me and put me off the case because of your brother in law. I was shocked and upset that why soni will do this when i had just talked to her 5 mins back and she was getting her CTG done. So called her , she just said she has no idea. 2) i called the management to put me back , but they already gave the case to other MS gynae. I was suspended for a week , i wasnt at hospital thereafter and obviously i was upset enough to not call Soni. 3) though the billing was in my name because soni was admitted under me in computer, that cant b changed , but i didnt recieve ny money . 4.) U should contact TPA for cashless inquiry. They will help you. 5). No one claims normal delivery, you should know that normal delivery happen , its god gift , doctor just guide and see if there s ny risk involved for mother or baby. 6). PV was done just twice in our records with gloved fingers , bleeding was excessive, there were cords around neck , tachycardia on CTG . Risk was explained , your brother in law and father in law wanted normal at ny cost thats why you were told to go to other hospital if they wanted. We would have not accepted soni child to have cerebral palsy or hypoxia or a visit to NICU. 7). About the big line you should talk to management. 8). Anyone will become impatient if you first file a complaint against the doctor with management and then want that doctor to attend the patient. I would i have not replied to your review, but i was sorry it was soni , she was a darling patient but the things were made complicated by her ignorant male members of her family , who were not there in any of her visits.
