We (me and wife) consulted Dr Archana for about 6 months for infertility. My wife was advised to for laproscopic surgery to remove hydrosalpinx in her right fallopian tube. We agreed and requested Dr Archana that she would give us video recording of surgery (obligatory for doctors these days). She responded that they don't have recording facility working their hospital, she can alternatively provide me mobile recorded video by some of her assistant. We agreed on that too. As I am a government official, the expenses were to be borne by my office which is based on CGHS rates ****** ********* *** ****** **** *** ***** **** ***** *********** ******* **** ** ******* ***** *******.

Dr. Archana is an accomplished and pioneered medical professional, I never had doubt on this. This is also reflected in her busy schedules, and the number of patients she uses to handle in a period of 2-3 hours in her private clinic as well as in Regency hospital. She never gave us consultation more than 5-6 minutes and whenever my wife insisted her to explain more about her medical issues, she used to give very concise answer in order to save time. Any ways we didn't give much head to this, we went for surgery. On the day of surgery, when Dr Archana found that the internal issues in the patient's body was way more than she had perceived she tried to wrap the things off in as much little time as she could. For instance, she corrected my wife's twisted fallopian tubes, she removed the water causing hydrosalpinx but she didn't touch the cost which was clearly there in ovary ******* **** *** ** ***** **** **** *** **** **** *** ***** ******** **** ******* ** *** ********* As a result, she left the cost then and there

Since then months have gone and we are struggling to become parents. I consulted with number of gynaecologists *********** *** ********* ** ****** **** **** *** ****** *** *** ****** *** **** ** *** **** ** ************

After the operation, my wife had asked her number of times to give us the video, she tried to elude but with several meetings and messages/reminders to her assistant we got the videos but in small clips with random time duration (not the whole operation video).

My wife's is emotionally shattered today, we have been trying for a baby and have religiously followed what doctors have been suggesting.

Dr Archana Trivedi was our top choice for a gynaecologist as we got to know that my wife was pregnant. Through the 9 months of pregnancy and to the birth of our first child, she’s been an absolute delight and a privilege to interact with.What brought us to the doctor was her experience and demeanour. What kept us going back to her was her calmness, logical advise, and keeping-it-simple philosophy. (No unnecessary advise on not eating this/ not doing that) All through the pregnancy we got appointments on time, be it at Defcon Medicentre or at Regency Hospital. She also always gave us adequate time to run our queries by her.In the pre-labour room, despite her seniority she came several times to check on my wife. When things were getting a bit stressful, and we requested to go for a c-sec, she gave us the confidence that a normal delivery is possible. And then I witnessed first hand the way she emphatically motivated and empathetically counselled us for normal delivery.Highly recommended Doctor and will always advise anyone and everyone in Kanpur or in nearby area, to go to her.

Dr. Archana mam is very friendly nature doctor. She is very caring for her patients. I was having heart problem than also she has done my delivery very nicely and taken care of my. Thanku mam giving me so cute baby. I am very thankful to you mam. She is down to earth. Thanku mam.

After the termination of my first pregnency, with the help of Dr archana prenatal checkups and treatment I conceive second time and deliever a healthy baby. Behaviour of of Dr archana is very friendly she explains everything to the patients very much and in an appropriate manner and always gives *** **** ** **** treatment to her patients.
