A must visit if you need a treatment for your eye...very well equipped hospital with special concern for the hygiene and sanitation.

I really appreciate the service and the treatment done by doctors, specially multiple checkups step by step. Also, the right prescription, i was afraid that i will have to use the glasses due to my blurred vision, which usually done by most of the hospitals but thanks to doctor only few drops are working for my eyes.

During COVID situation also, proper hygiene is maintained. I would suggest everyone for eye, they should visit Paliwal Hospital for once. Yes, Mr. Paliwal has expertise in his field.

We called twice before going to the hospital as i have a 6month baby for the appointment and on phone they told came at 10 am. I reached on time and at the time of payment i again asked is the doctor available they told yes he is their on 1st floor and then they ask me to wait for 10min and then further 10 mins and so on and the doctor arrived at 10:45 their were no patients at all then also i have to wait for 45 min after taking appointment. Staff were again n again lieing that doctor is coming in 10 mins

I think hospital management need to classified patient wise category timing treatment . I

want to just feeling seasnal allergy for routine checkup.....but hospital management wast..more timings for just a formalities like 3-4 time checkup waiting and waiting then checkup..,its very easy operations patient, contract Lance's patients definitely need to timings this type they like it.

but a young boys for routine checkup wast.. timing approx 2'3 hours that's is so irritable and feeling faltu ki formality .......I think next time improve your services.

Dr Paliwal is very soft spoken. Also he listens patiently to all queries and answers them till the patient satisfies.
